You may not use ImgVista to generate illegal, harmful, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, or intentionally misleading content.
AI content policy
Do not use ImgVista to create adult or sexual content, graphic violence, hateful or harassing content, copyrighted characters, protected brand marks, celebrity or public-figure impersonation, deepfakes, deceptive images of real people, misleading political content, unsupported medical or financial claims, or prompts containing private sensitive information. You are responsible for ensuring that generated images comply with laws, platform rules, advertising rules, and the rights of others.
Generated results
AI images may be inaccurate, distorted, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any image before publication.
Commercial use
ImgVista does not guarantee that generated images are suitable for commercial use, trademark use, advertising compliance, or exclusive ownership. Confirm rights and requirements for your own use case before publishing.
Service availability
The service may fail, slow down, or become unavailable. ImgVista is provided as a creative tool without a guarantee that every prompt will generate a usable result.
